If you use our inquiry forms
When you submit information using an online form, we process the data collected and store it for 31 days for the legitimate business purpose of enabling us to access the information and deal with your request (it is then kept for a further 14 days in our routine back-ups for business continuity purposes). We collect the following information:
Name, email address and telephone number for inquiry forms. The data is collected for the sales team to contact the individual and address their inquiry. We keep our data for only 30 days. Once the information is passed to our systems, the data is kept for future communication with customers.
